Formal Seated Dining Setup Onboard

For evening cruises, we can transform the open deck into a fully seated dining venue — perfect for formal dinners, corporate events or special celebrations.

Long banquet tables are arranged along the deck to comfortably seat your entire group together, creating a sociable yet elegant atmosphere. This layout works especially well for speeches, toasts and shared dining experiences while still allowing guests to move around easily.

Each setting includes tables, chairs, linens, tableware and ambient lighting, creating a polished restaurant-style experience on the water. The setup is positioned to maximise harbour views while maintaining clear walkways for service staff.

This configuration typically accommodates 40–55 guests for a full seated dinner on a single boat. When using two boats (our book-one-get-one-free evening package), one vessel can host the dining area while the second becomes a dance floor, cocktail lounge or entertainment space.

Lounge & Cocktail Setup

This relaxed lounge configuration transforms the deck into a stylish open-air social space — perfect for cocktail parties, sunset cruises and informal gatherings.

Low daybeds, cushioned seating and beanbags create comfortable areas where guests can recline, chat and enjoy the views. Small tables are positioned throughout for drinks, canapés and personal items, while the open centre space allows guests to mingle freely or stand for networking and dancing.

Unlike formal dining layouts, this setup encourages movement and interaction, making it ideal for cocktail receptions, casual celebrations, product launches or pre-dinner drinks. It also keeps sightlines open so everyone can enjoy the surrounding scenery and skyline.

This configuration typically accommodates larger groups in a relaxed atmosphere and can easily be combined with dining tables or a dance floor elsewhere on the boat when using multiple vessels.

Evening Harbour Cruise Itinerary (7:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

7:00 PM — Boarding at Central Pier

Guests arrive and step aboard at Central Pier as the city begins to glow. Enjoy welcome drinks while settling in and taking photos of the skyline as dusk turns to night.

7:15 PM — Harbour Cruise Begins

Departing Central, your private charter cruises through Victoria Harbour surrounded by Hong Kong’s illuminated skyscrapers, neon reflections and iconic waterfront landmarks. With no fixed route, crowds or shared passengers, the experience is completely exclusive to your group.

8:00 PM — Anchor for uninterrupted Dinner Service

The boat may anchor or continue a relaxed cruise, allowing guests to fully enjoy the space — whether that’s a seated dinner, cocktail party, dancing or entertainment.

10:15 PM — Return Cruise

Begin a scenic return journey through the glittering harbour, taking in the skyline one last time as the city lights shimmer across the water.

11:00 PM — Disembark at Central Pier

Arrive back at Central Pier after an unforgettable private evening on the water.
